Q. What do our Pets need to come to stay at the Kennels ?
Your Pet needs an in date vaccination card which must be shown when you drop your pet off, for Dogs we do not stipulate kennel cough but if they are due to have this then it must be at least 10 days before they come to stay, We cannot accept dogs if they have had the vaccine less than 10 days before they come.
Q. What information do I need to provide for making a booking ?
We need to know the Arrival Date and Departure Date
Time of Arrival, we have set times Mornings are 9.30am to 10.30am and afternoons are 3.30pm to 5.30pm – at the time of enquiry advise if you want a morning or afternoon drop off and we will advise the time, this is so that we do not have customers all turning up at the same time.
Q. My Bitch is in season will you still take her?
Yes we will still take her but you must let us know on arrival that she is in season or due whilst she is with us.
Q. How much do you charge and when do I pay for my pets stay ?
Dogs are charged at £15 per dog for each 24hr period from time of arrival to time of departure (there Is no discount for more than 1 ) Payment is by Cash, Cheques this is paid for on collection of your pets, if your pet is only in for the day it is charged at £18 per dog.
Q. What about food?
If your Dog has a sensitive stomach , special diet, or is in for a short stay we will require you to bring their food with you enough to cover their stay and some spare just in case you are delayed in picking them up , we can supply dry food and tinned for those that are not fussy if required.
Q. Do you administer medication ?
Yes we can administer medication, there is no extra cost for this but you must give us clear written and verbal instructions and provided everything that will be required, with spare in case you are delayed in collecting your pets
Q. What exercise does my dog get ?
They are exercised throughout the day either in our exercise paddocks, kennel runs or walks, toys are provided but you are always welcome to bring a favourite with them.
Q. What about Bedding ?
We supply a plastic bed and have blankets , duvets etc, you are welcome to bring your own , we do not accept dog crates in the kennel.
Q. Are the Kennels Heated ?
Yes the kennels are heated
Q. What about security ?
We have CCTV around the facilities, staff on site 24/7
Q. What happens if I am delayed in returning to collect my pet ?
You will need to call us and advise of your delay. We can then discuss the process for collection.
