Reception area gets a ‘Spruce Up’ for 2020
/in Uncategorized /by Tony TraceyOur reception area got a ‘Spruce Up’ for 2020 – it is quite quiet here at the moment but we are ready to help you when required.
We would like to assure everyone that at the moment we are still open and have increased our cleaning and hygiene practices at the kennels. We appreciate that many holidays are now cancelled and a lot of people are in self isolation and are unable to fulfil bookings they have made for their pets, so can we please ask if this is the case you just message or phone us to let us know so that we aren’t expecting you.
Stay safe and look out for each other.

Roxy Returned After 4 Weeks Healthy Happy and Has a New Diet!
/in Uncategorized /by Tony TraceyReview from client Christina Brockman-More
We put our beloved Roxy to Banscol for 4 weeks, she was really well looked after and was fed and exercised well and came back really happy and chirpy. We’ve had trouble with her weight as she was always incredibly slim, but after just 4 weeks with Sarah she same home a healthy weight and really happy, so much so i am changing her diet to the same that she was being fed at Banscol. The communication from Sarah has been really great, always responding really quickly and sending some pics of Roxy when i was missing her. I also liked the fact we went to make her bed and set up her kennel when we dropped her off, it was reassuring to see the large kennels and surroundings they were in Despite Banscol being 1.5 hours from us i will be using them regularly in the future. Really delighted we found this place!
Thanks Christina! we are glad Roxy will be coming back and pleased we’ve been able to contribute to her future diet!”… Sarah
All Aimee’s 6 dogs enjoyed their stay …
/in Uncategorized /by Tony TraceyA review from client Aimee Preston
Best kennels by far. We had a family wedding to attend in corfu which ment that all of our family dogs were needed to be put into kennels, some of which were elderly and had never been in kennels. Naturally we were all worried how they would settle. Sarah was fantastic in keeping us up to date on how all 6 were doing. We arrived home to see that all dogs were in fantastic shape, very happy and obviously enjoyed their time with sarah and richard. Cant recommend them enough and the kennels are situated in beautiful surroundings for the dogs to enjoy. Thanks for taking such good care of our lot.
